From the brokerage order to your accommodation requested
This gives us detailed information about the accommodation you need, the renting period and price range requested.
This form can be passed on to us personally, by mail or fax, or you use our online contract.
Thereafter you get a selection of suitable apartments, immediately.
You can then choose which accommodations offered you want to visit.
You will receive all necessary information i.e. the complete address, telephone number and name of the landlord and/or of the present tenant.
Having visited the apartments you let us know the offer you have decided on so that we can reserve it for you.
We care for you during the complete renting period and are at your disposal for all questions during your stay.
If you find an apartment without our assistance there will be no costs from our side.
By filling in the brokerage order form you accept our general terms and conditions as well as the brokerage arising from successful mediation.
