Brokerage Fees of Mitwohnzentrale Franken

(hereafter referred to as MF)
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the following rental calculations are based on flat rates inluded utilities.
Interest on rent rates adjusted at a later date have no effect on the brokerage fee.

MF’s brokerage rates are based on length of rental (according to the rental contract) and
monthly rent included utilities:

1 month:		25% + VAT = 29,75% of months rent
2 months:		45% + VAT = 53,55% of months rent
3 months:		65% + VAT = 77,35% of months rent
4 months:		85% + VAT = 101,15% of months rent
5 months:		105% + VAT = 124,95% of months rent
6 bis 12 months:		125% + VAT = 148,75% of months rent
13 bis 18 months:		150% + VAT = 178,50% of months rent
more than 19 months / to unlimited length:		200% + VAT = 238,00% of months rent (max. brokerage fee)
for rental contract of 6 months:		only 100% + VAT = 119,00% of months rent instead 125% + VAT = 148,75% of months rent

Every started or partly rented month will be charged as a full month.
The above listed rates include the legal German VAT (value added tax) of 19%.
Commission fees - all the same for what reason - already paid, are not returned.
Every rental extension is subject to a fee of up to a maximum of 200% + VAT = 238,00% of months
rent and must be paid immediately after the closing of the rental contract.
