How high is the monthly rent?
That depends completely on your desires and needs.

The rents of furnished apartments include incidental expenses.
The costs for electricity and heating are to be paid directly by the tenant.
How will the lease be settled?
If you have found a suitable apartment we will provide the lease considering your wishes concerning the renting period.
Usually an inventory list of the apartment is attached as appendix which will facilitate the control of the inventory at moving in and out.

How does the deposit have to be paid?The deposit has to be paid cash at move or in advance by bank transfer to the account of the landlord. In case a company rents the apartment for you the deposit can be made as bank guarantee. Interest will not be paid on the deposit for furnished apartments. The deposit for unfurnished rooms will be paid into an account book with usual interest rate.

Who registers for electricity, gas and telephone?We gladly help you with the fast realization of telephone services requested and the registration with the municipal utility.
Thus you will save time - and you can get to know your new surrounding faster. |
What happens if you want to move out?When moving out we provide a report for you containing all necessary information such as defects or damages, meter reading of electricity, gas or water.
If necessary, the final cleaning is arranged by us. This will avoid any discrepancies when paying back the deposit. Normally, the deposit will be paid back within short unless there are larger damages and the costs can be stipulated only after their repair. Your new address and bank account are noted on the report. Please fix an appointment with our office for the final check in your apartment and for handing back the keys to us, two weeks before your departure. |
How is the procedure for the final cleaning of your apartment?We cooperate with different cleaning companies which proved themselves reliable and proper in the past.
When you move out, we will order one of these cleaning companies for the final cleaning which is mandatory and part of your rental contract. Your landlord will take these costs from your key deposit. The receipt will be send to your new address. |
