Transport connection
A good connection to the public transport should be given.

Location
The preferred locations are in the old part of town, in the centre or in quiet suburbs of Nuremberg, Erlangen and Fürth.

Equipment
The dwelling should be completely furnished and equipped.

Most customers keep their registered residence and want to avoid additional investment.

A light, modern equipment like IKEA is highly appreciated.
The standard equipment include colour TV (cable/SAT), kitchen furniture with some electrical appliances as well as bed-clothes and towels.

Permission
If you are tenant and not owner of the apartment please ask your landlord for permission.
